New Healthcare Simulationist Code of Ethics Published by SSH

Congratulations to the first Canadian Certified Simulation Nurse Educators (CCSNEs) including many CAN-Sim members!

Nurse educators from across the country contributed to the development and review of the first Canadian Certified Simulation Nurse Educator (CCSNE) exam and online preparatory course, and were the first to receive the CCSNE designation in advance of the first cohort to write the upcoming exam in March, 2019. The group of new Designates will receive a certificate and pin in the spring and include many members of CAN-Sim. Congratulations to all!

Alberta Children’s Hospital – Virtual Simulation Team

Clinicians from the Calgary Children’s Hospital developed a full virtual simulation game in 2 days using the CAN-Sim VSG template.  What a great and dynamic team!  It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone.
