This faculty development module will support instructors, faculty, and facilitators in the delivery of high-quality virtual simulation debriefing sessions. Using the Debriefing for Meaningful Learning Framework, learners will be guided through the debriefing process supporting students to engage in conscious reflection to support practice in a clinical setting. The module includes a full virtual debriefing session of the COVID-19 Assessment and PPE Virtual Simulation Game.
