Ellen Pennywell is a 15-year-old female who was given information and a consent form for the HPV vaccine. She has recently moved from another country and did not receive the vaccine when she was in Grade 6 as suggested by the Public Health Unit. Elizabeth, Ellen’s mother contacts the Public Health team and requested an appointment to obtain more information. Due to COVID-19, this will be conducted as a virtual consult.
