In Game 3 of 3, the PHNs work with the Community Partners Roundtable to develop a food security program using a program planning tool that includes evaluation. The program planning is informed by a logic model commonly used by public health nurses in practice to develop a program to promote food security in the community.

In this virtual simulation, the learner, as a public health nurse, collaborates with community partners to develop and evaluate a program for food security.
