Baby Sally is a 7 week old female patient. She arrives in the post-anaestetic recovery room (PACU) following a laparoscopic pyeloplasty. She received a general anesthetic for the surgery and was given one dose of IV cefazolin at 8:30 and ondansetron while in the OR, A Nurse Controlled Analgesia (NCA) was started in PACU 30 minutes ago with basal rate. Latest V/S were: T 36.6, HR 130, RR 30, BP 70/40. O2 Sats 95% on room air.
