Filmed in first person perspective, the learner will assume the role of the simulation facilitator. They will lead students through the essential components of a simulation-based experience, including the pre-brief, guide the simulation experience, and facilitate the debriefing session. Additionally, the facilitator will learn to navigate common challenges while supporting learning within a psychologically safe environment.
