59 year old female, with a history of hyperlipidemia and hypertension presented in ED with general weakness. The patient was brought in by her daughter. Initial ACT-FAST was negative but they wanted to keep her for monitoring and stabilization, as she also had high blood pressure. She was admitted to the unit. The next morning around 08:00, the daughter alerts to you that she was trying to feed her mom breakfast when she noted slurred speech and inability to move her right arm.
