Provided by Sinai Health System, the Improving Your Goals of Care Conversations module will enable you to: Recognize and reflect on the need for and the challenges of effective goals of care conversations; Describe the components of a goals of care conversation with a seriously ill patient; Begin to implement the skills learned when you carry out goals of conversations with patients.
