Active Offer of French Language Service Institutional Policy Development
This virtual simulation module supports the active offer of French-language services by assisting hospital administrators in developing and refining relevant policies and practices. It provides presimulation preparation resources, the virtual simulation, a recorded debrief with a facilitator and learners, and provides additional debriefing options, including reflective questions that can be used as additional debriefing options.
