In Game 2 of a 3 part series, after completing a community assessment, reviewing the Food Security Report from the city Social Planning and Research Council, and meeting with the Community Partners Roundtable, the Public Health Nursing Team meets to discuss health promotion strategies and evaluation.
Game focus:
In this virtual simulation, the learner will continue their role as a public health nurse in the development of population-based health promotion intervention addressing food insecurity with community partners.
Suggested target audience:
Nursing students currently completing (or who have completed) a community nursing course, educators and practicing PHNs.
