Jackie was brought to the psychiatric assessment unit by family who are concerned about her physical and mental well-being. Post assessment, Jackie was admitted to the acute psychiatric unit for further assessment and treatment. Jackie is currently experiencing an exacerbation of symptoms which include exhibiting paranoia and experiencing auditory hallucinations.
